Board of Directors

Board Expansion

The Shelter Alliance is entering a pivotal phase as we move toward establishing Kent County’s first year-round, 24/7 low-barrier shelter and expanding our program offerings. To steward this next chapter with excellence, we are expanding our Board of Directors from 8 seats to 15 seats.

This expansion strengthens our ability to:

  • Build a diverse and representative leadership team

  • Reflect our shared commitment to dignity, compassion, stability, and community transformation
